Refund policy

We want you to love your Misty Peak bottle. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, your bottle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at mistypeaknz@gmail.com.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
